FocusLatch is a commitment tool that uses Apple's Screen Time framework and an official FocusLatch Key to make distracting apps harder to reopen during a session. It is not a medical product and it does not guarantee behavior change.
You need an account to activate FocusLatch and use account-based features such as social progress and profile management. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and your physical Key safe.
If your Key is permanently lost while you are latched in, uninstalling FocusLatch removes the system shield. This recovery route exists because Apple keeps users in control of their own device.
Product updates and launch offers are sent only if you opt in. You can withdraw that consent by contacting support.
