Accessibility

Status: 27 October 2026

FocusLatch is being designed so that the website, account flows, support, and iPhone app can be used by as many people as reasonably possible, including people who use assistive technology. This page describes the current pre-release status; it is not a claim of complete WCAG, European Accessibility Act, or Austrian Accessibility Act conformity.

FocusLatch is a microenterprise (fewer than 10 employees, annual turnover of at most €2 million), so the requirements of the Austrian Accessibility Act do not apply to its services. FocusLatch still pursues the goals on this page.

What is supported

Known limitations

A complete independent conformance assessment has not yet been completed. The scroll story on the home page with its 3D scenes and animation, and the full end-to-end app onboarding, may still expose barriers at particular zoom levels, Dynamic Type sizes, or assistive-technology combinations. Paid checkout is not available, so its future payment, withdrawal, authentication, and error-recovery flow has not yet been assessed as a live service.

The 3D scenes and animations are supplementary. The same core product information is available in nearby text. If an interactive element is not usable, ask for the information or action in an accessible alternative format.

Before the first sale FocusLatch checks the whole purchase path and the customer-service functions for accessibility, fixes blocking problems, tests keyboard and screen-reader use, and updates this statement with the result.

Report a barrier

Email support@focuslatch.app with subject FocusLatch accessibility. If possible, include the page or screen, what you were trying to do, device and software version, browser or app version, assistive technology, and the format or accommodation that would help. Do not include passwords, raw invite tokens, payment-card data, or unrelated health information.

FocusLatch will acknowledge and assess accessibility feedback and provide an accessible alternative or remediation where reasonably possible. Statutory complaint and enforcement rights remain unaffected.
